If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement arrangement or store credit, at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds on floral products due to their perishable nature. However, if something seems off or doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once your flowers are designed or out for delivery, we’re unable to make changes.

Why don’t the flowers look exactly like the photo?

Every arrangement is handcrafted, and flower availability can vary by season. We may make substitutions for certain blooms or containers, but always with your chosen color scheme and overall style in mind.

My recipient wasn’t home—what happens now?

We always do our best to deliver safely. If no one is home, we may leave the flowers in a shaded, secure location or attempt redelivery. We are not responsible for flowers left unattended after delivery, but if you have special instructions, let us know at checkout.

What if the flowers arrived wilted or damaged?

That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. Please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours so we can assess the issue. In most cases, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.
