Light: Thrives in medium to low, indirect light. Tolerates fluorescent lighting, making it an excellent office plant. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
Water: Keep soil evenly moist but not soggy. Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry. Reduce watering in winter.
Humidity: Prefers moderate humidity but tolerates average household levels. Mist occasionally or place near a humidifier for an extra boost.
Temperature: Enjoys warm conditions between 65–80°F. Keep away from drafts, heaters, and air conditioners.
Fertilizer: Feed monthly in spring and summer with a balanced, water-soluble houseplant fertilizer. No need to fertilize in fall and winter.
